True Doubt is distributed through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement, supplemented by the terms below.

Agreement

By downloading or using True Doubt (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These terms apply to all users of the App. The App is developed and operated by Michael Hipkiss ("we", "us", "our").

Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control. This licence is subject to these Terms and Apple's EULA.

You may not:

Subscriptions

The App offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock all content. Subscriptions are processed and managed entirely by Apple through the App Store.

Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including case scenarios, characters, evidence, text, graphics, audio, and design — is the property of Michael Hipkiss and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited licence described above.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
